The Research Director Personal Time Sheet System(The System)is provided with no warranty as to reliability, fitness to use, suitability of purpose or the security of personal data entered into the The System.

By registering an account with the system you are acknowledging that the information you provide is accurate and that it is your responsibility to maintain and to ensure the accuracy thereof.

By registering an account you agree to hold harmless Nick Andrews, (The Software Developer) and to discharge him of all responsibilities for any claims, damages, losses or liabilities arising from the use of The System.

Account holders that use The System to send harmful or inaccurate email solicitations and invoice statements will have their accounts terminated and all information in The System pertaining to their account will be purged.

Supervisor account holders are responsible for all actions performed by their Subordinate staff account holders. Any misuse of The System by a Subordinate staff member may result in the termination of the entire group account. Termination of an Account will mean that all information and data related to the Supervisor account and all Subordinates will be purged from The System.

Information entered into The System will not be provided to third parties under any circumstances barring the laws of the land.
